    Q: Where do I go to see/hear a live webinar?

      A: You can connect to all GreenExpo365 webinars in the "Webinar Room". The links for the live sessions are next to the presentation title, in a button with the scheduled start time.

    Q: Where do I find OnDemand webinars?

      A: All of our webinars, AIA or GBCI credit-eligible or not, are available On Demand in the "Webinar Room" as well as in the GreenExpo365 OnCourse Education Portal, within 24-48 hours of it airing LIVE.

    Q: Where do I get a copy of the presentation?

      A: If the presentation is made available by the presenter, it will be available with the On Demand version of the webinar. In some cases, the presentation is made available before or during the live webinar and it will be communicated where it can be downloaded from during the introduction.

    Q: I can see the presentation, but can't hear anything.

      A: First, confirm your computer speakers are on and the volume is at an appropriate level. If that is not the problem, in the actual presentation session, click the "Help" button in the top right corner. Choose the "Troubleshooting" option. A new window will open and run a quick test to see if your system needs any additional tools to operate properly. If this does not solve the problem, please click the "Help" button at the bottom of this page for additional assistance.

    Q: I hear an echo when the presentation starts. How do I stop it?

      A: In most cases, the issue is having multiple presentation rooms open. Make sure you only have one session open (the tab at the bottom of your monitor will have the presentation date and name listed). If this does not solve the problem, please click the "Help" button at the bottom of this page for additional assistance.

    Q: I have an iPad or iPhone and am having problems seeing or hearing a webinar. How do I resolve it?

      A: If you are using an iPad, this Adobe Connect Ap may improve your experience.

    Q: Are all webinars AIA accredited? Where do I find this information?

      A: Most webinars are certified and offer AIA Continuing Education credits, but NOT ALL. You will know if they are by the copy "AIA/CES Registered" on the event page or in the webinar room. We will also announce if it is or is not eligible for continuing education credits at the beginning and end of the webinar.

    Q: How do I get my AIA certificate?

      A: After you watch and listen to the entire webinar, a link will be provided at the end of the session for you to submit your AIA information. If you watch it live, a PDF will be available to download after you input your information. If you watch the webinar On Demand, you will need to complete the 10-question quiz and answer 8 or more correct to receive your certificate link.

    Q: Do you submit my credits to the AIA or do I?

      A: We will be submitting that information for you. We encourage you to check your AIA records about 30 days after the session to ensure you have received appropriate credit.

    Q: How long does it take to get my CEU credits?

      A: We submit credit information to the AIA every 30 days. After that time period, we encourage you to check your AIA records to ensure you have received appropriate credit.

    Q: I don't need AIA credits, but do need a certificate for other continuing education?

      A: For courses that are already AIA Continuing Education credit-eligible, go ahead and complete the same form but enter "N/A" in the field requesting an AIA number. You'll be able to download the certificate after you provide the requested information. For courses that are not AIA credit eligible, sometimes we offer access to a custom certificate. If you need a certificate for one that we do not offer, feel free to email us at info@greenexpo365.com to request it. We'll produce a custom certificate and email it to you.

    Q: What if I forgot my password?

      A: Not a problem. Just click forgot my password and we'll send you a new one. If you don't receive the new email, please click the "Help" button at the bottom of this page for additional assistance.

    Q: How do I add a blog?

      A: After you are logged in, go to the blogs section and click "Add a blog" at the top or bottom of the page. From there, follow the on screen directions. You can add a photo by clicking the file folder image ("Images, files") and uploading the images you want to share. You can add links to other content with the globe/link image ("Insert/edit link"). If this does not solve the problem, please click the "Help" button at the bottom of this page for additional assistance.

    Q: I get an error message when I click a link...what do I do now?

      A: First, our apologies. We do hate it when this happens. Please email us at info@greenexpo365.com to let us know which page you were on and what link you found broken so we can fix it.
