I saw a program that said that even though the UV light is on it looses effectiveness over time. Without a UV meter is there any way to tell if your UV light is still effective?

On a parapit style roof the A/C ducts are run in a soffit, how do you detect and seal those ducts?
When you are talking about spray foam insulation is it implied that they are Low or No VOC type foam?
What do you think about the difference between open and closed cell foam?

Why we can't have ducts in frameworks? – “It is very hard to make them air tight”
How can we get a copy of your window tape/ flashing detail? – The sketches are not available for all, but EEBA (The Energy & Environmental Building Alliance – www.eeba.org ) has great resources similar to what was used in the presentation.
